I have been vaping for over 15 years and I have never been treated over the phone like this older woman and younger a little girl is they hung up on my face I called back they were so rude because one of their staff delivered the juice to me after hours they paid for it and delivered to me so all I was saying was, can I please speak to the person the older lady grab the phone screaming not talking to me normal furthermore, they don’t even have good vape juices I would never buy from them or go there and and how rude they are this is not nice. The customer is always right and all I was doing was asking a question they hung up on my face block my number and I had to call off a different number and I was being very nice seeing highest yes I had a lady that works there she did deliver for me. May I please talk to her and they just started screaming and acting rude I understand you own a business but without us, your business will fail

They ran me out the store by crowding over me like I’m about to try and steal. I went in there to possibly purchase some new glass (dab rig) and when I say the lady would not let me look in peace. I felt so uncomfortable I had to ask the lady to give me some space and she would not leave. Then another girl walk over said something to the older lady an then they both stood there. I let them know they lost a customer and walked out. That was the weirdest Experience I’ve ever had anywhere to be honest. Just beware when you come here and you have some pigment in your skin! Response to owner: You are correct I was on SAFARI on my phone, no conversation with anyone. I was looking at your glass as well. What you didn’t say was how the lady was just standing there staring right in face to the point I was uncomfortable. This is after I told her I was ok and if I had a question I would ask. So don’t try and explain how I felt! My review is accurate from my account of the store experience and your response just further proves my leaving your store peacefully not disrespecting your employees or causing a scene was the right move. This place is way over priced and she had a little side hustle going on. She might seem sincere but when you are getting rung up she starts with the additional charges. I won’t go here again.

The only vape shop my family and I choose to go! Great service!
