Very good customer service. My main complaint would be that they don't notify you until you get there to pickup your order that they are out of something in your order. At least that has been my experience several times in the past. Otherwise they are very friendly and try to be helpful.

Nice variety and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am new to the cannabis world and they were able to help explain things and find the right fit for my needs.

So I used to go in a lot the crew was great! Something changed though. I had an Employee by the name of Chloe use my private information to get my number which is not only a hippa violation, but creepy as well. I never gave her permission to text or message me in any way. Won’t be going back till changes are made!

Best dispensary hands down , the bud-tenders are down to earth positive vibes are even better with their remodel and selction is on point ive been to a few other dispensaries and ever since i came to liberty ive stay loyal and never been to another dispensary, no need to !!! Oh if you ever have a problem go back in and talk like adults and they hook you up . Once you go for awhile and you know them and they know you by first name basis you get comfortable younget ysed to knowing where things are on their easy to use online ordering system .

Eveytime I got there I always have issues. I have anxiety which is why I get a prescription and one of the employees got frustrated with me for misunderstanding how to update my account and watched me cry in the lobby without offering any help. This happened a while ago but I still see that man working there and always glares when I walk in.
