The budtender who helped me was super sweet with great suggestions! As for the older bitter African American budtender, she’s a poor display of customer service. Rude from beginning to end. If it weren’t for my budtender I would have gone elsewhere. Plenty of cheaper, friendlier dispensaries around town.

This is what we call the Cheers of your local dispensary shop. Everyone knows my partner and me by name. Always a fresh selection of flower and concentrates at a very competitive price, and there is top tier deals all the time. Stop by, you won't regret it.

Great selection with great prices and the employees were all very personable. They seem to work great as a team and were very helpful & knowledgeable. I will be going here from now on.

I've had good and bad experiences here. Most recently bad ones: -Refused to exchange a clearly malfunctioning cartridge. And turned the situation onto me and saying I need a new battery. Well, the cartridge still didn't have properly working hardware even after buying their house-brand labelled battery. Whatever. -Ordered an ounce online for in-store pickup, and the tub and receipt was ready to go in a paper bag. After the transaction I "left" the building to my parked car in the lot behind the building. I did not leave the premises. I checked the bag and receipt, and the label on the tub was not the strain I had ordered. Double checking the receipt and my email before I went back, it was clear either the label was wrong or the strain packed was incorrect. Walked right back into the store where the budtender admitted they packaged the wrong strain. Even showing me the strain/tub I actually ordered. According to them, since I "left the store" there was nothing they could do for an exchange. Now, I am a reasonable and decently smart individual, I can understand for regulations, they can't take back the flower. However, they refused to weigh the tub, to confirm nothing was taken by me, refused to admit whoever packaged cannot read labels correctly, and refused to admit fault. Just repeatedly saying "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do". I have a very hard time believing that, "nothing" could have been done. In summary, they can't read labels, and accept their mistake. It should not be for me to deal with their faults, that's not customer service. -Aside from these very unfortunate circumstances, the people working there are friendly, welcoming and always greet you with a smile. But this company is clearly spineless and doesn't like basic customer issues. Though I know my absence won't affect them, I am done shopping here.
