Magoo's hosted a VIP Pet Care clinic yesterday and we were treated very well by everyone. Free dog food was given out to clinic visitors, and we saved money with great discounts on our animal food purchases there, as well. (The clinic also had a coupon...and the vet and her whole team were wonderful too!) Also, the Magoo staff members were very kind about cleaning up our dog's accident. Thank you for making your place so warm and welcoming and we'll come back again soon! (We hope the reptile situation was resolved as we didn't see anything wrong, but read old reviews about this that were not positive. Thanks.)

Stumbled upon this great pet store while visiting the new Ace hardware on Union lake road. They have a large selection of items for every pet you can imagine. They have specials daily on dog food and many other products. Well run, well stocked and friendly staff make this a great place to go. Much easier to park and get in and out then PetSmart and much easier to find items cuz the store isn't so huge.

This is our favorite local shop for our dogs. The staff is so kind and passionate about dogs and other pets. The prices are very cheap. If you go to Pet Smart, Pet Supplies PLUS or any other big companies, I guarantee you will pay double the price of what you can get at Magoos Pet Outlet. They also sell some animals such as snakes, guinea pigs, beta fish, bunnies, birds, and I have even seen some chinchillas, and I'm sure there are many more. Such friendly staff. Love the specials on dog food and treats. You can also get pet vaccinations there on scheduled days. With three dogs, this saves me quite a bit of money.

The first time I went to this store I had a pleasurable experience. But the second and FINAL time I went, I purchased treats for the 3 guinea pigs I have at home. There is currently an in store Guinea name Baja and I decided to give him a couple of the treats I purchased, the two cashier girls were SEVERELY rude and embarrassed me acting like I don't know how to care for animals I currently care for. Ok if you don't want someone being kind to your animals with the neglect clearly shown to the only one you have in store maybe you shouldn't have a job. You really destroyed the relationship and business I would have continued to bring to you but because of the embarrassment and unprofessionalism I experienced I will be going to a store who understands "CUSTOMER SERVICE". AND on a final note you shouldn't be repeating the same point 4 different times between two different people, how dare you be so cruel to a customer and an animal. Be ashamed and live in it.
