I'm not really big on sharing reviews whether they're good or bad but Mass Green Retail💚 goes above and beyond any of the other dispensaries I've previously been to, and I have tried many around the North Shore, so anyone that's reading this review please understand I wouldn't waste my time nor would I waste your time if I didn't believe this was a good place to spend your money because you will get the best pricing for great quality bud. When you walk in it's totally a mellow chill atmosphere and the people that work here are so patient and helpful. Whether you try this place first, or last ( but personally you'd be wasting your time and money) you won't be disappointed. Positive all around, the owner is amazing, the managers are amazing, the staff is amazing and most importantly the product and the prices are also amazing. Thank you Jordan, good business only comes from good people with good morals, not only do we need more business owners like you, but more people like you!

I left a 1 star review a year ago & finally came back today & let me tell you… I take back everything I said! What a great staff & environment! They wanted to make up for my last visit that I wasn’t happy with & they went above & beyond. Highly recommend this place & will be coming back. Shoutout to Marcus for the amazing customer service! Can’t wait to come back

This is the only dispensary I shop at in the North Shore, as a veteran they’ve given back to veterans scholarships and refurbished a veteran memorial an offer a veterans discount. Staff here are amazing and the product is top-notch.

Best dispensary around not even a question. From the flower to disposables. Everything is top tier in this establishment the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Cant say enough good about this place. A++++++

I went in on Friday August 9th at 6:30 pm and ended up buying two carts on accident and promptly returned no later than 3 minutes after purchasing it. I asked the guy scanning cards at the door if they accept returns and he said that they do. When I went inside I was told by one teller to wait for the other teller, when she was finally done the other teller called up the customer BEHIND ME and told me “no cutting” in a condescending tone. Once I was finally able to tell her what was going on she told me in a rude tone that they do not accept returns for items if they’re not defective. Mind you, this item was never opened and the two employees I spoke to on the issue told me they did accept returns…no where on the receipt does it say that they do not accept returns, was this a made up rule by someone on a power trip or a legitimate rule? Don’t waste your time coming here if you appreciate good customer service.

Bought an eighth of something and was excited to open and smell it and then was told rudely by a person there we're not allowed to let you open your purchase here even after you spend plenty of money here. I've been to dozens of dispensaries in the area and not once have I been told you can't open what you just bought inside here. As a matter of fact multiple dispensaries allow me to pop open the little jar to smell what I potentially May buy. Really stupid Rule and I certainly will take my business elsewhere and recommend anybody else to do the same UPDATE: shout out to the owner for approaching me and being very courteous and respectful about the disagreement I had with a young lady there a couple of weeks ago. Very appreciative of his respect and I am certainly willing to go back based on his treatment of me. Thanks again
