I had such an awesome experience thanks to Louie! The moment I walked in, he brought the perfect mix of good vibes, knowledge, and real customer care. He answered every question like a pro and made the whole shopping trip super easy and enjoyable. I even tried to track down his manager to give him a shoutout only to find out he’s one of the managers! Talk about leading by example. Great leadership = great customer service = one very happy customer. Thanks to Louie, I walked out totally satisfied and already planning my next visit. I was on a layover at LAX and took a taxi here. I came in and Jesse immediately took care of me. Quickly too which I appreciated since the taxi driver was waiting. It also smelled amazing in here. Just saying. Peace from Minneapolis.

I only stopped in here bc I had gotten off a flight & wouldn't have had time to make it to a different dispo before closing, & I wouldn't recommend anyone go for any other reason but that lol zero discounts so you're paying full price for each item PLUS tax which adds up, meanwhile there are so many other dispos in the area you can get discounts at AND have tax included in their pricing, which (when not on sale) comes out to the same price at MedMen anyways (before taxes). I will say that I had no problem with staff & the set up of the store was nice

Came to get some cannabis and it was a smooth in and out process. Atm is available inside and they have a wonder selection of cannabis and cannabis related products. Clean store and storefront with everything in the store organized. I forgot the name of whp helped me out but it was a great experience and i definitely will be back

My experience with Edward was awesome! It was our first stop from LAX and we had a big order! Edward had it ready to go and was very kind!!

Timothy’s customer service is awesome . I wanted to shop fast because I had my pup with me and I didn’t want any accidents so he quickly came from behind the counter and didn’t leave my side until my order was perfect. Excellent guy with a perfect personality for sales. I was honestly really impressed with Timothy and will definitely be looking for him when I return!

Jesse is a very Nice and Polite. Young man with a great personality always has a smile on his face. Always seems to be in a good space, we always have a good laugh before I leave 🤣..I love visiting this location the one and only ( LAX ) #1... Very knowledgeable with the product..
