When I'm in Tucson, I frequent this shop. They've always had the best kratom and the people are all really nice, until my last experience. I moved to Texas and was hoping to place a very large order on their site. Long story short, there were some issues so I called in. (This was around Fri 2/3 @3:00pm). Whoever I spoke with told me he didn't know how the site worked and told me to call back in an hour or so and he would figure it out. After calling back, he clearly hadn't done anything and told me I had to make my purchases "as-is" on the site. He clearly wasn't interested in helping and was very short with me.

Always helpful and kind. I've been a regular customer for about 3 1/2 years now. At one point I was having issues w/ my debit card and when I tried to put the order on hold to figure out what the issue was I was told not to worry about it and was given a near $40 order for free. I'm not saying that they'll give you free stuff, just acknowledging the appreciative gesture and excellent service. Highly recommend. Best kratom/-vendor I've come across.

I wandered into Miracle Koffee by chance, and was shocked with the level of professionalism and pride of product quality the owner had. His knowledge of inventory and friendliness really stood out to me. Great experience!
