This place rocks energetic laid Barclays awesome staff great atmosphere excellent prices!! Every time I come here I instantly relax and stress free. Super great staff , friendly,relaxing and know and greet you by name !such a great place!!! I defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is over stressed tense. Or just need that lil something special to make life a lot easier!!

Charlie is one of the best if not the very best! Very understanding, patient and informative! All of them are good, but he has a vibe & energy that is contagious! I didn't know what I wanted, and he stood patiently helping me find what I wanted. Somebody give him a raise! The sweet lady on #3 was helpful as well. My favorite dispensary in St. Louis!

Not all dispensaries are created equal and NatureMed is head and shoulders above many others in town. I had a different dispensary that I liked and thought was my favorite, but then I went here and realized that I was mistaken. This quickly became my new favorite for their friendliness, selection, quality, and positive attitudes of the staff. If you're not sure what you are looking for they are great about taking the time to help you find something that will help you and they explain the differences and the benefits. It's a cheerful, bright place and is easy on the budget. I've been to dispensaries in town that wiped out my wallet, but I can often get twice as much here for the same price thanks to their daily specials. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed

First time here and Scott made me feel at ease and showed me around. Very nice store, clean and accessible. Prices seem reasonable and staff is great.

Loved this dispensary the worker who helped me out was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the selection the store has available! Will definitely be going back when i visit family in O'Fallon again! Huge selection and good prices. They also have a drive thru available for folks who want to stay in their cars while they shop.

I love this place!!!! Kasey and Brandi were very kind and considerate. They both share their knowledge of edibles and help me to choose what they thought I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service was awesome!!!!

Love this dispo. The older guy (not too old) thats there is awesome and helpful. Really everyone there is. They always have a great selection. 10/10 recommend coming here. They also have drive thru!
