This is by far my favorite store! All the staff are extremely nice especially Tyler he is the absolute best. The stores all around Jacksonville and surrounding areas had run out of a particular juice that I like. The store was out for 3 to 4 weeks. Every week I would call and ask if the juice had come in. Except for on the 3rd or 4th week when it did. That day I got caught up with work and was unable to call in. Tyler not only remembered who I was and that I was waiting for the juice but he also put a few bottles to the side for me. He is the absolute best. He is polite, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has always been able to answer any of my questions. Thank you Tyler for being so awesome!!!

The Beach Blvd location is great and the folks working there are awesome and very helpful most get to know you and have what you typically get already when you get to the counter. Very friendly and good quality oils that I haven't found elsewhere so I've been a customer for 10 years or more. Thanks

The staff make this the best place in Jax for Vape supplies. It’s a pleasure to shop here as the staff remember their customers, preferences and go out of their way to make the experience a pleasure.

This place is great!! Everyone is always helpful especially Kacie. She recommended the Oxva pod system which has been a great device. She also helped me find my favorite juice by coastal clouds apple watermelon. She was patient when wanting to test flavors but she new right away what juice to recommend. Kacie and the rest of the team have been awesome. Thank you everyone!

Am very impressed with the prices, stock on hand, web site and most of all how cordial and helpful the Employees are. Thank you Casey with all the help provided. I would also like to give a shout out to the manager/supervisor who was working this morning. He did not hesitate to explain the new nautilus 3 tank and sub-ohm coil use. Again, thank you all 😀
