Staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help every time I visit this establishment. After multiple visits, it was my first time to receive a defective product. I decided to call to let them know. The manager Ali answered the phone right away showing understanding and offered to set it right with an exchange. I came in, he tested the faulty product out, and proceeded to help me find the right product to exchange it with. He was very knowledgeable explaining the different products, all while taking into account my preferences. He and the rest of the staff were very patient with me while I was deciding on a product and they even shared some delicious cold grapes with me. Once I made my decision, Ali showed and explained the functions of the product and had me test out the product in store to make sure it was all good. As always, amazing VIP customer service and trustworthy.

I bought a GeekBar vape from this store because I work in the area. When purchased the product seemed fine out of the box but it wasn’t until I was 15 mins home and maybe 3 hits in the vape starts auto firing for a good couple of seconds. I turned the device off then back on and it continued to do for the remainder of the time I had it. I live far from work so I wasn’t able to get back to the store right away. Next day I try to stop in on my way home I brought the vape told the guy behind the counter what was going on. He then proceeds to tell me it’s my fault for overcharging the device after I told him I haven’t even charged it yet he then switches to I left it upside down for too long and that’s what broke the device so he didn’t want to replace it because he didn’t feel like loosing 20 bucks okay I get it not really looking for free but just looking to make it right. I just bought the damn thing. It still showed 55 percent juice after pretty much smoking itself. The guy offered to sell me a new one at 20 percent off lol like I just bought it why would I buy another potentially broken product. Overall upset this place used to be great when the older gentleman ran it now the younger guys are there they simply don’t care. Won’t be back. I’ll just find somewhere closer to my house.

It says online and on your building you are open until 11pm you even have an open sign lit up. But every time I go there a little after 10 pm when I get off the store is always closed. Either your employees are lazy me keep leaving early or the the owner themselves are lazy because they can’t take 20 minutes from their day to fix the times they have posted for when they’re open

Great people that own this shop. So many products to choose from. I approve this business.

I was welcomed in with a smile and was happy to give Paradise Valley Smoke and Cigar my simple order of one regular strength cigarette pack. Unfortunately the brand I smoke only has a very slight design difference between the regulars and the lights. As we ended our conversation and transaction I walked out the door opening my new pack. As I reached for my first smoke I Immediately noticed that I was sold the wrong order and walked back in the store letting the man who had made the sell know of the error. He addressed the other man behind the counter and that man's response was a clear and firm "Already opened them so too late!". The man I had approached repeated the very same reply. Then it was said that I needed to be more careful and check the packaging first. I kindly let them know that I did not see the error just like the employee did not see it when he handed me the wrong selection from the shelf. They stood firm and refused to make the wrong right and I walked out disappointed and no longer a customer.
