Brought in a piece for repair a month ago, called a couple times to check in on it, if they answered the phone, they said "it's at the repair shop now" or "he's on vacation". Tried calling for approximately 45 minutes; sometimes it would ring and sometimes it would connect for 7 seconds then hang up. Had to drive down there and see what the deal is; the lady tried to play stupid and say he was on vacation but it should be back soon. I looked behind the counter, low and behold there's my piece that hasn't moved since it was set there. I asked her is that my piece on the floor and she started acting as though I have never even seen my piece!! She wanted me to describe it!! It's right there on the floor lady!!! I said forget this and tried to grab my piece she then said I was stealing my piece and wanted me to leave while she calls the cops. Even after I offered ID and told her to get the paper work. She called the manager, even though she previously told us she was the manager when we initially asked for the manager because she was not giving me the piece. After tons of lies and upsets, got my piece back and my money, well part of it. They took a 30$ deposit and gave us 20$ back, enjoy that 10$ maybe pay your phone bill phat mans. Had to get the cops involved to get my contract back for the repair that never even was thought of apparently. So if have a repair right now with them go get all your money and pieces back. They can keep your piece after 30 days so they say. This could have been avoided with professionalism and actually giving your customers a little less attitude and a little more effort like phone calls maybe.

Terrible service. I brought my glass in for a simple repair 6 weeks ago and they still havent finished it. When i called them after 3 weeks they told me they hadnt even started on mine because the repairman had been on vacation for two weeks. They knew they wouldnt be able to repair my glass right away yet they didnt have the curtesy to tell me that before I gave it to them. I could've gotten it repaired somewhere else by now. 6 WEEKS AND COUNTING. Unbelievable

I've been getting my vape supplies here for a while now. The ladies are awesome and take care of my product needs promptly. I've never had any issues with anything I've ever purchased from them. I really appreciate all they do for me!!!!

I have been going here for years. Staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help .

Edit: After being a customer here for several years, I had to come and edit this review after my experience last night. I'm not a regular customer these days since I live in the mountains, but I have always loved this place and I'll go out of my way to get something as little as a few cans of butane. The man working the register was very rude and accusatory towards me when I walked in. I understand he has to check IDs but he doesn't have to question me saying he's never seen me in before and asking why I need butane. He literally asked me if I was planning on setting anything on fire. That's not good business. I miss when the ladies would run the counter. A lot of times I used to go in for just butane and walk out with a $100+ piece but this guy made me so uncomfortable that I bought what I needed and got out. I will no longer be coming in, phatmanz is not phatmanz anymore I've been going to Phat Manz Alley for years. The girls are always so helpful and informative. They always have a 4-20 sale and their pieces are high quality and last forever. I love ducks and happened to stumble upon this piece the last time I went in.
