Great customer service! I went in today for the 1 st time and Dyson took the time to help me go through the menu and figure out what would help me best and at a great deal! Thank you again Dyson or all your help,I am very happy with everything I purchased .

Just love everything about this dispensary, points system, prices, selection, and different types of strains no other place in our area has. Planet 13 always has some kind of deal that alone makes it worth the trip. Every time I've been there, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Not like other dispensaries in Panama City where you get treated like you're annoying the people who were hired to deal with the customers. Shout out to Dyson who looked up my limits to save me the time of logging in to the state website. But also shout out to all the others who have been great to me.

Planet 13 on 23rd Street is hands down one of the most convenient dispensaries in Panama City. The location is perfect—right in the middle of 23rd Street and super easy to get to no matter where you’re coming from. Parking is plentiful and hassle-free, which makes stopping in quick and stress-free. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and make solid recommendations. Overall, a great experience every visit. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Great first time experience yesterday. Dyson is very knowledgeable and explained things in a way the I understood. Muscle Mitchell and Hope were great too. I will definitely return!
