Today is my last going to this smoke shop the lady that’s there this morning is rude and needs to fix her attitude I brought tobacco products from them and when they wasn’t right I never complained today brought a pack of game sweet aromatic I check them at the store it seemed ok when I got home they were hard so I called the store she seemed nice over the phone when I got back to the store she had a whole attitude she tried to tell me to get what she wanted to get when I said I don’t smoke them she start saying I can’t bring nothing back again this the last when I never returned none of the bad tobacco products I just went to another shop and don’t no other smoke shop give attitude when there products not right if that’s the case they need to make sure they have fresh ones if they don’t want nobody to return them

The staff is really friendly and nice and will chat with you a few minutes. So, that's great customer service. Prices are good and vape selection is great. I just go in for a red bull or prime, also reasonably priced! Will be going to shop for years I'm sure 😌

the grinch who answers the phone gives this shop a terrible look. i shop here once a month, called to ask if they had a certain product so i could buy, and this i think it's a lady, hangs up. called back, and she did it again. i will never shop here again until she is gone. horrible customer service. there are better shops in the area.

It takes a lot for me to write something like this. I am pretty much a low keyed person that is fair and understanding. I have been going to this establishment for over 2 years now. Spent about $50 a week on vape products. So, I probably wasn't their biggest client, but definitely a regular. I started to use a new product, Geek Bars". I bought (6) of them over the course of 4 weeks. (2) of the bars would lose their charge with in 10 minutes of using them (starting at 100% charge). I threw one of them out, because I was getting frustrated. I called up Prime Tobacco and they said to come on a speak with the owner, which I did. I spoke with owner to explain the situation. The charge was at 55% when I came into the shop, Took a few puffs, charge was coming down pretty steady, not a 0% yet. The owner was saying the device was working, and would not replace it. I tried to further explain the situation and that it will hit 0% soon, but he was convinced it was working ok. I got frustrated, went to my car, and the device was now at 0 percent charge. I came back into the shop, put the Geek Bar on the counter, told the owner, (" it is at 0% now), and calmly walked out of the store, he offered to replace the device while I was leaving, I declined. This was a 100% principle thing, had nothing to do with money. Needless to say, I will never support this shop in any way, shape or form again. In all my years, I never experienced anything like this. I thought it was important to share this information. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Great place,and this has been my GO TO cigarette stop since they opened, knowledgeable and kind staff!!! They have my smokes ready as well as my wife's smokes as soon as I am through the door all the time!!!! They are always SO NICE , funny , personableand Extremely helpful!!!
