This place is Garbage. Don't go here. I bought a dab rig, took it home and heated it up one time and it cracked. I took it straight back and the middle aged middle Eastern guy (balding, mustache but no beard) behind the counter told me "no refunds", then tried to only give me $20, then eventually he folded and gave me my all money back.
Save yourself the hassle, go to one of the many other smoke shops in the area. This place doesn't deserve your business.

If you absolutely need cigs it's ok, best shoop for a cigar is Palm Center on Mission St. Or in Soquel Village near New Brighton High School

If they have what I need I go there to buy it. The customer service is always top notch the store is clean and welcoming. The owner is always up for a good conversation, and it never hurts to support a local business.

There’s no wonder Sam has so many fantastic reviews! And here’s another 5 stars for the best customer service, a good variety of selection for products, great prices, and a clean atmosphere. The location is convenient as well. Thank you, Sam, for being so wonderful and friendly :) This is now my go-to smoke shop in Santa Cruz. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, you can count on Sam to make your experience enjoyable and memorable. Plus, it was a fun surprise to discover that we’re both April babies! Highly recommend!
