A very warm and welcoming place to shop for the basic and new varieties on your smoking needs. Cost friendly products and super friendly owner makes an easy shopping place here. He knows his stuff and seems to have done a lot of research on what he actually is selling. Helps pick the right product according to the needs and also places special orders at times! :)Amazingly organized shop and has a completely different, a very appropriate and extremely positive vibe from other similar stores. :):)

Still a customer, place is walking distance from my house, so overall convenient. Its that I I don't get the thing with them throwing a private parties sometimes during a normal business hours, and you can not enter the parking lot or get to the store. Unprofessional.

Purchased a "glycerin chiller" that was defective. Puff city refused to stand behind the product they sold me so I called the manufacturer, manufacturer noted that product has been discontinued due to defect and was surprised that puff city wouldn't honor an exchange or refund. Manufacturer stood behind their product and refunded my purchase price. NEVER GOING BACK TO PUFF CITY!!!! STAY AWAY!! THEY ONLY WANT SHOT TERM PROFITS! SHANE ON THEM!

The owner, Shvet, is super friendly and knows his stuff! Super excited to have a smoke shop in this hub between Monroe/EB/etc. There’s a lot of variety and products so you will always get what you are looking for! Not to mention the good prices, quality brands, and friendliness when you walk in.
