I had a great experience as a transfer patient. I heard about Realeaf after being with another practice that was over charging me. I had a very welcoming experience and had a whole staff that was fully informed. I worked with Jon, and he made sure I was taken care of. Best way to start my week out by making this decision.

They guided me on the state application and the Dr was so nice! They really made everything so easy going. Came here to get my medical card and it was such an awesome process. I can’t explain how easy the staff made this for me and the amazing information they supplied me with. Dr. Marta was an absolute pleasure to deal with and educated me very well. Ashley was of GREAT assistance and thoroughly helped me through the entire process. 100/10 recommend going here to get your card.

Great place, everyone.There is very helpful.They will answer any questions you have.And I wasn't there that long in and out. They make the process very easy. Very pleased with them , and we'll be going back.
