This is my favorite smoke shop for the following reasons: friendly customer service, an ample product selection, and ten percent off on non-tobacco products if you join their frequent buyer's club for 12 dollars per year. One more added bonus: the store manager at Bell and Litchfield is super hot! 🔥 😄

Nice people , but the rolling tobacco is like $3 more here than any other smoke shop in the city. And the tubes are also more expensive... every other baccy shop I go to bags of goodstuff gold is $7,99 and Zen tubes are like $3.50

Been a member for 2 years at this store spend $100 almost every time I go here. This evening came in asked to get 4 packs of light cigarettes the guy gave me 4 packs I didn’t notice until after paying before walking out I noticed they were actually not cigarettes but cigarillos so I asked them to exchange for regular cigarettes because that is what I asked for in the first place I would pay the difference. Both the guys were rude and completely denied me exchange I feel ripped of came in specifically for cigarettes and got stinky cigars I don’t even smoke cigars never have. I don’t understand why they would screw me over like that I didn’t even leave the store will not ever go back. Those 2 guys really pissed me of

Used to love coming in there, bought a gas mask hoping to give it a try, only for it to fail at even a single bowl. 32$ for a piece of plastic that doesn't even get the job done, I'll save my money and just go somewhere that doesn't lie to my face about the utility of their merchandise. Upon reading other reviews I've now seen this place is a joke, I'll take my business elsewhere.
