Mike, the manager, hit my vape after I complained of possible battery issues, he didn’t ask to hit my vape, and didn’t offer a new one after he hit my vape,
with out permission. However, I went back later and a super amazing cool awesome employee(not mike) rectified the situation.

I went into the store looking for a battery, and the young lady was helping another customer. She was very courtious and told me that she would be with me in a moment. I told her ok. When she finished with her customer she thanked me for my patience. Then she asked me what it was that i was looking for. I explained to her I needed a new battery , then very kindly she showed me different ones and was very helpful explaining the difference between them. I was very impressed and happy to get the one on one attention from her. I will definitely will recommend them to my friends and relatives. I walked out of there very pleased with the service. Thank you Karina keep up the great work. I will come back....;)

Had the best experience. Talia always helps me pick out great new flavors. She is very knowledgeable, any time I have any issues she is always there to help! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Stopped in here for a new mod and some juice. Jordan was totally friendly and knowledgeable, recommended a great mod and had a selection of colours. Tons of juice and you can try it in-store, which is always a plus. No attitude, just a fun and friendly place to hang, have a chat and pick up some new stuff. Thank you Jordan!

Came to the shop and Talia set me up with a really good MOD. She was really thorough and helped me out immensely. Overall had a great experience. I will definitely be coming here for now on.
