Just another vape shop selling overpriced, expired products. Bought some juice earlier, checked it as I was walking out..turned right back around to show him the sewage brown color this juice turned into and said it’s expired, please find another that is not or refund me. He laughed, started checking them, tried handing me a lighter brown one that was still expired and unacceptable, continued arguing after I said no, and then said he will refund me, but it will have to be cash. I told him unless he can refund the card that I paid with, he will continue to find me an unexpired/normal colored one. He found one, literally threw it at me, and then ran away yelling at me. This place does not deserve to be in business. ZERO stars if I could. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: DARK BROWN JUICES ARE EXPIRED AND/OR HEAVILY DEGRADED. You should not be selling these, ESPECIALLY AT FULL PRICE. Do your research and also check your cameras - your employee, like I said, LITERALLY threw the juice at me, ran away, and continued yelling. Knocking some cardboard stuff off the counter is a pretty mild reaction after having what you paid for thrown at you. But hey, no worries - just gonna go do my duty and report ya to the FDA.

Shop says it opens at 9am. It’s 9:32am 4-18-24 and the front doors are STILL locked. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I’m a regular customer.

As a new customer, I came into the store with some questions about the CBD products. Unfortunately, the clearly inebriated employee, was not very helpful. I left and will not be back. Let’s hope a child doesn’t walk in there and able to walk out with items they should not have because the employee was too high to notice. I also saw many expired products as I was looking around.

Been shopping here for almost a year now. Have yet to have a bad experience with them, and I genuinely don't understand where some of the negative comments about "bad customer service" come from. They've been exceedingly helpful about finding the right product for me, and, compared to other stores, often have much better pricing and variety. This has been the only store that regularly re-stocks with better and better alternative hemp products, and even stocked a product that I previously was only available to find online, priced at what I would usually pay online w/shipping. This has also been the only store to sell me vaporizer products that don't immediately irritate the hell out of my throat. All of the cashiers I've interacted with have been very upfront, kind and honest.

I just bought Delta 8 pen this afternoon , i tried to charger in 3 hours but still doesn’t work. There no return and exchange here so i spent 40$ for nothing, couldn’t even take a hit tho 🙄 Bad product 👎
