My name is Raid. I was a customer for 3 weeks at this dispensary and they will never get my business again. First off, way too expensive. They robbed me on two faulty cartridges with oxidized resin. After placing an online order for a disposable vape, they messed up. The tender went to the back for like 10 minutes and came out acting like he was giving me a deal. The whole transaction was disorganized and shady all around. I mean THC 98–99% — it’s supposed to be potent. I’m supposed to feel something. Straight huff, no flavor. The device itself, you have to drag on it twice for it to actually work, and even when it does, the hit is weak even on a full charge. Sent two emails — never heard back. Called the store, spoke to the manager, and she told me to take a video and send it to the email and they’d check it out right away. She said she was waiting for it. I did just that, and it’s been a week and still haven’t received a call or email about any replacement. Just horrible business all around. $180 down the drain. PS: Their tenders are not outgoing or friendly — more like zombified, shady, and disinterested. The whole vibe was cringe. I wouldn’t trust or want anything from them again. Stay away or be careful when doing business. Check everything and double-check receipts. Better options out there anyway.

told a worker, marc, it was my first time coming & was very cool to give a discount on my 3 disposables. he didnt have to do that, but i appreciated it very much & i will be returning to do more business! thanks bro *update* (02/20/26) ivy helped me out with 2 dispos i was picking up and had a great conversation with her! very nice and friendly

Bought multiple different types of disposables and they all stopped working after a month - I’ve tried charging and they’re not stuck. Just a waste of money. They also blamed the other companies for “sketchy practices”? I have no idea why they thought that was a good thing to tell a customer. This was my local dispensary but I’ll definitely be taking a longer drive for a cart that actually works for now on

Ramon filtered the app so I only saw the products I was interested in. even walked me back through it when I lost track of where I was. Chill environment. Can't wait to return.

This is my first time how many years and I am so overwhelmed with the amount of product they have here everybody was so helpful hands on ready to help and I was very undecisive but they did help me get exactly what I wanted I'm very satisfied I love this place I'm definitely coming back and I highly recommend it for anybody in the Burbank area. Everything is really clean nicely laid out they explain everything they have edible cartridges flower anything you want they have. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Michael the manager is definitely the best ☺️😄 loved the experience. Thank you guys

I had the best experience today with Jessica, she is the best!!!! Super knowledgeable gives great recommendations and super friendly. I’ll be making this my go to spot because of her, she deserves a raise and promotion!! She’s awesome, great customer service, two thumbs up 👍👍

Not my first time in the dispensary but the first time in Chicago. All workers seem to greet me when coming in. Since I was new, I didn't know you could do online orders and pick up. The wait wasn't long. I was able to view the store since I'm from out of town I just got edibles.
