Ive been to other dispensaries and had heard about story dispensary from friends. I stopped in on my way home and basically explained what I was looking for. The guy I worked with was amazing and answered all my questions. I went home with a half Oz for $35 Indica A Vape and Gummies BEST THING YET ....everything was 50% off PLUS I got a free pre roll diamond infused. I have a new dispensary......Story all the way.

Most of the locations I go to are decent. Mines the best of course on McDowell and the freeway. I’m currently standing outside the location on 25th Ave and McDowell. About 10 minutes so far, kinda chilly lol. I woulda have left but I am tight on time. I will not be returning here however.

The quick in and out time was exceptional and the strains you recommended for replacing items I/we wanted (but didn't get because of my ignoring the warning they were going fast), won't happen again but great strains, thank you. I hope that if I'm going to be missing items that I wish to purchase I get you as my tenders so that you can guide me to Great recommendations. Thank you again.

I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this dispensary, and at this point it needs to be said publicly. I’ve placed online orders multiple times and arrived before receiving a “ready for pickup” notification. There is nothing on the website or during checkout that states your order cannot be prepared if you arrive early. Instead of explaining or helping, staff consistently respond with attitude, dismissiveness, and zero effort to resolve the issue. This is not a one-time situation — it happens every single visit. The treatment I receive feels unwelcoming and targeted, and it’s uncomfortable to be spoken to the way I am when I’ve done nothing wrong as a customer. If there is a policy regarding online orders, it needs to be clearly stated and applied respectfully. Poor communication does not justify poor customer service. I spend my money where I’m treated with respect. Until this location addresses staff behavior and customer service standards, I can’t recommend it.

Best place in town! Costumer service top notch. Flower and price you cant find any where else. STORY has the best quality bud and service. Riley is always so friendly and really knowledgeable she deserves a early Christmas 🎄. Thank you STORY for keeping your Costumers happy.

I've been a weekly patient/customer of this dispensary for about a year now. The staff is extremely courteous and the budtenders friendly and informative. Story has amazing deals on quality products daily. So no matter what day I go in, I know I'm going to leave happy.

Personally i prefer pre-rolls, Story's are fairly good only about 40% canoe. However, they recently changed their loyalty/bouns program to no longer include pre-rolls. When trying to discuss this with an employee, her response was, "The industry is always changing." Also tried to discuss the different rules in different locals with the general manager n she was more interested in defending the store than actually finding a solution. If you choose story Definitely not the one to go to. I'll be looking for a new dispensary that has better deals on pre-rolls and kinder staff.

Definitely my all time favorite dispensary. I have been going to this one for over a year now. We had a bit of a hick up during 420 but other than that the staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. Super sweet & clean spot. They’re helpful in helping you find what you need but making sure you get what you want for a decent price too. Check them out if you’re in the area.
