This has got to be one of the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to. The store was immaculate and smelled super clean. The employee who serviced me (Tim)was none less than extraordinary. With ease he guided me through the menus and asked important questions to get me fit with the right strains! I will be making this dispensary my one and only! Great job guys and gals

SunBurn has been the best dispensary I've been to in my opinion. High quality flower and other products. Great customer service. Vinnie helped me this last visit. There was a sale that he mentioned that got me an additional 1/8 of premium flower for an additional $4!!!

Stopped in because it was on my way home and so happy I did. The whole staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and they make great recommendations. I am definitely switching to this shop from my current retailer.

I would give a 5 star review, but always leaves room for someone else. Stephanie was amazing, as it was my first visit. Very knowledgeable with all products, very positive, upbeat and made a great 1st impression. Haley her co partner was also very engaging and knowledgeable as well. Found this cannabis shop in Panama City Beach when I was there on Thanksgiving. Stopped by the UCF they were out of stock on a few things .She gave me the heads up to come on a Friday because they get their shipments come on Thursday. I live in Clermont we could really use one out here. If you want a cannabis store with a really cool vibe in the interior is really nice and they have pool tables and places to sit down.

Out-Standing!!! Sunburn by UCF kills it every time! Big shout out to the two budtenders who helped me out today. Sandy was awesome and the vibes in there were mint, chefs kiss. Liz was super knowledgeable and really helped me elevate my game and turned me onto some new things. Very welcoming and pleasant experience. I felt like a regular on a sitcom about a local pub… “where everybody knows your name…”

It was my first time going in. I definitely consider myself a connoisseur when it comes to the Cannabis and the hash and this dispensary had different types of hash. I got different varieties and Emily was very helpful and explaining the different strains that they had. I definitely would go back and they have great discounts as well. Emily was great

Great customers service. Really good products. I frequent this dispensary as well as others because it's kind of far from home. I like their concentrates better than their flower. Give them a try. It's worth the drive!

Matt and Joe were some of the most personable people I’ve ever met. The customer service was top tier. I would recommend they do the events at 511 every other week. So nice and helpful.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Broward. Great product. Super chill vibes. Always quick service. Hunter was my budtender today. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the loyalty points program easily. I'll keep coming here.

I love sunburn, especially the history behind it with the owner used to grow for a sunny side and he branched out to get his own business I love that and when I go inside the store, these people are the best from the managers all the way down to the bud tender they always greet you with a smile, and the staff is always informational and kind very phenomenal group of people. The flower is always top-tier. First off I love Sunburn & their flower, at every visit I’ve had extremely friendly budtenders, but yesterday(1/29/26) was an exception @the Pensacola location. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but they were not friendly & actually gave attitude when I grabbed 1 of the cheap lil stickers they had on the counter because I wasn’t aware they weren’t free. Spent a decent amount, would’ve gladly paid for them, actually no I wouldn’t have, I wouldn’t have gotten them at all, should be thrown in ppl’s orders to advertise for them instead honestly. I had just left another dispo & they were amazing, super grateful for my order & so friendly they shot me a cute duffle. I don’t care abt merch, it’s kinda kool to get, I tip pretty good & buy alot, so great customer service & appreciation go a looong way, we all have bad days ya gotta leave it at the door tho
