After initially having an issue at the Lawrence Harbor store with a product return and leaving a review; I was contacted within a half hour by the owner of Sunny Vapes. He apologized for the incident, assured me that was not the company’s policy and that the employee would be retrained on their policies. He provided me with a store credit for the faulty product immediately.
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and am beyond impressed with this quick response and resolution of the issue.
Sunny Vapes nearly lost a customer but through a caring and service focused owner they have gained a customer for life!

Best vape shop I've been to so far, very helpful people there. Rich is the man, takes the time to explain whatever product you're looking at. Pretty good selection of disposables and devices as well.

This vape shop has a lot of products to choose from. I used to buy the disposable vapes which are really high in nicotine. I am trying to step down and eventually stop vaping. This shop has lots of options to help you do that. I started with 50 mg and now I am 10. The staff is super knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. I had an issue and the owner reached out and rectified it immediately.

Terrible shop. I was extremely u knowledgeable regarding edibles. This place is not a true dispensary. The girl behind the counter never disclosed they weren’t licensed. After making a $150 purchase of edibles only yo find out they aren’t legit. I tried to return the bag they stapled together. Never opened the bag. They refused my return. I just wish she was transparent that I should go to a real dispensary to purchase recreational cannabis edibles. I would never go back. I am only writing this review to advise others who are also ignorant to dispensaries and fake vape shops like Sunnies exist and profit from people less knowledgeable. Apparently this is a chain of stores in New Jersey. Buyer beware.
