First time experience. My phone call initially made me feel welcomed so I took a ride and had a good experience. The guy at the entrance was “okay” but I got some good help from the other guy at the counter so thanks! If all works out I’ll be back again.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years. They have a few great employees. But, and this is a huge but...Half the cannabis coming out of the place is low quality commercial greenhouse being mislabeled and sold to them directly by some of their so called growers or by their company itself. Don't get me wrong sometimes they have some bangers but recently its been more miss than hit. Not sure who the owner is but I would be more than willing to come in and teach them something about quality control and how to show these growers what acceptable high grade cannabis is. The prices that are being charged are not indicative of the low quality of most of the cannabis these days. Please get it right. I want your store to be the best so I have access to the best. I will be willing to provide all of my necessary qualifications to owner so they understand Im not just complaining but trying to help. I do not want to shop somewhere else. But if I keep receiving cheap commercial cannabis for high prices I may not have another choice.

recreational line takes forever. They told me I’d be getting a pre roll for spending over $100 but they did not give it to me. There were also several other customers I watched complain because they got given the wrong items. The staff seem like a bunch of NPC robots. Solar in Warwick is way better.

11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. out of 3 dispos I tried this one is deff my go to. Buds are fresh distinctive and beautiful. Employees are extremely nice and get you in and out ASAP. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

EDITED REVIEW: The workers here are so friendly! The prices are very fair for the area. I actually drive from the border of RI/CT to this dispensary even though some are closer because of their great customer service, reasonable prices, expansive menu, and deals. Sometimes I bring my dog, Piglet, and she is always welcomed with open arms (and treats). I’ve come to this dispensary for YEARS. The only problem I ever encountered was some inaccurate photos on their website to order online. Some pictures were not actually representative of the product listed. This resulted in some difficulties for me. I originally reached out to Sweetspot as a whole, but didn’t get a response. After posting my original review, I was immediately emailed by Sweetspot Exeter and they reached out to Dutchie to fix the website and offered me a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience. Very wonderful customer service! I will continue to come back always. I love this location! OG REVIEW: The workers are all really friendly and the prices are good for Rhode Island, but photos on the website are no longer accurate and do not depict what you’re actually receiving. I’ve gotten a disposable vape rather than a detachable cartridge twice now by accident because the photos show a vape cartridge. I reached out to Sweetspot as a company to try to discuss this and they’ve ignored three emails from me over the past 3 weeks. I don’t think there’s anything specific locations can do about it, and I do love this location so I will continue to come back, but just beware and maybe double check the product in the parking lot before you leave.
