Bought a scale for my girlfriend as she is among being an accountant and adept in the use of polymers facinated with geology and gemology. During the purchase which turned into a Hard Sell I was assured if the item didn't meet her criteria they would at least offer store credit. She appreciated the gesture however the gems required a scale that would measure to the thousandth. They wouldn't take it even for store credit. And just rude. Happy customers spend more money now no money because we're not happy. Disappointed is what we are.

I have edited my review. I have given them a few more stars. It took them a while to get things working out for them after taking over from the old owner. But they still don't live up to the old owners. Prices have gone up on everything but they are still convenient

Custom ordered Ultralight Parliament Menthol. Only place in the valley that even gave me the option. Will be returning. Proprietor and staff super accommodating.

Hands down, the best smoke shop in Vegas. The prices can’t be beat and the staff is super friendly! I don’t normally write reviews, but this store deserves the great review! 5 stars all the way. Stop in and they’ll take care of you!!

Service was great, I loved the whole vibe. However I bought myself a freezer piece, and instead of buying the cheaper one for $25 I bought the more expensive one because I was told they don't break easily. No I'm really careful with my stuff and I loved this piece, frozen or not but I didn't even have it 5 days and it broke. I didn't expect it to be indestructible but I also didn't think the "diamond glass" would break the first time it was dropped. Big disappointed sense I drove an hour a half to Vegas to buy this 😳😭
