Had to post here as well! Been a loyal customer for the past two years and The Alchemist’s Kitchen has been such a point of reference for me while working in the area. The staff is one-of-one and their knowledge on the product is priceless. The most helpful! Chris is my go-to for any herbal recommendations; a true fountain of knowledge. Must see if you’re in the SoHo area!

The store is lovely. They sell herbs, cbd and all other cool things. After 6pm-6:30pm they sell exilir drinks. I had a cocktail Head in the clouds. It was okay. It wasn’t mixed well. The barista was somewhat rude to me. She told other price first and then end up saying different price. The other day, I had a Flower Power. That was different experience. There was different barista. She was super nice and the drink was great too. Overall, the store is so authentic and aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for a unique experience, I highly recommend to visit this store.

6/24 - I ordered 4 items (1 CBD tincture and 3 bottles of Urban Moonshine Clear Chest Syrup) on from their website. I received no confirmation email/receipt. 7/9 - CBD tincture delivered. 7/12 - I emailed asking where the rest of my order was? 7/18 - after getting no reply I email again asking where the rest of my order is and informing them that I will be contacting my credit card company if I do not hear back soon. 7/22 - a man names Zeb finally responds saying "Your order was delivered back on July 9th. See tracking below." 7/25 - I reply saying that I know when the CBD tincture was received, I got it and my original email specifically was asking where the REST of my order (that constituted about 75% of the cost) was. I also included screen shots of items from their website with prices and screenshot from my credit card app showing how much I was charged. 7/26 - I file complaint with my credit card company for them not sending my what I bought. 7/30 - Alchemist Kitchen refunds the rest of my $ for the items they never sent me. 8/1 - Zeb emails me "We sadly were unable to fulfill the clearchest. All three units have been refunded to you in full. Let me know if you have any questions here!" 8/3 - I have to spend 20 mins on the phone with my credit card company to reverse the purchase adjustment they had set in motion. 1. What kind operation is this? If something is not is stock do not let me purchase it on your website. 2. Send me a confirmation email/itemized receipt upon purchase. 3. Respond to your customers in a timely manner and actually read their message in order to address their concerns. I'd give a 0/5 stars if I could.

I placed a substantial order 15 days ago and have not received shipping confirmation ( 5 -7 working days to receive shipping confirmation is advised when ordering). I have emailed 5 times with no response and called and spoke to staff in store who said they would inform 'orders'. Getting nervous. I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund.

the female staff member was unfriendly and unhelpful. didnt know what to recommend and didnt even know how any of the supplements worked. ended up buying 3 myself based on some light research, so far i can say: - the stomach pill is giving me stomach aches - the sleeping chocolate keeps me awake due to the sugar content it has - the 'brain' drink does nothing. shop feels like a seller of nicely packaged placebos
