(Most Recent: 11/12/2025) They just opened the new store this week and it is amazing. I took a bunch of pictures, because I was so impressed. The building is beautiful and even has a coffee shop. I was able to get my order and go within minutes, because I prepaid. They even have a drive-thru with plenty of parking if you're going inside. This place is so nice. (Update 10/3/2025)
The entire system has been improving and I also didn't fully understand the procedure before. You can actually walk-in or order anytime. The appointments are just guaranteed spots. They are also opening a new location, so it may end up being like the store in New Iberia one day. You can pretty much walk in and out there anytime of the day with no appointment, because they only have a fraction of the store traffic that Lafayette does. The prices have also dropped. You can now get ounces for as low as $200. (Older Reviews Below) I order online and pay upfront, but I have to wait a day or so to schedule an appointment to pickup. Then I arrive to see about a 100 people standing around, inside and in the parking lot. I squeeze by them to get to a kiosk to check in. Now it says I'm checked in, but how long do I have to wait. They don't tell you anything and you have to wonder if they even have your order. They have no way of telling you how many people are before you or about how long you have to wait. Do I wait another hour? I already paid, so what now? What about the people that can't wait 2+ hours, when they thought they were just picking up a prescription that is supposed to be ready? Why can't they text you when your name is called, so everyone doesn't have to huddle in a pile at the front door.
The bud is okay and prices are not the best, but the government has given them a monopoly, so I must wait .. boom, they just called me up after only 50 minutes. can't really complain too much now, since yesterday was a holiday and some people are waiting much longer than me that didn't pre-order.

When using a debit card they will charge you a $3.50 plus if it's not a odd number total like $50 or $75 they will round it up to that. Example is if your item is $46 they will round it to $50. Plus they will charge you a $3.50 fee. This is due to the nature of the THC laws which require all transactions to be atm withdrawal. No problem as per the $3.50 fee because I will get that fee refunded from my bank and usually every bank will issue a refund on all atm fees. However, these people will keep the rounded up money. This is the only dispensary that will keep the rounded up money. Others give me my rounded up money back. Let me also point out that there is no notice anywhere that says they will keep your money when they round it up. The receipt will not show these fees either, unlike other dispensaries. In other words, There's no record you OVRER paid for an item! Super shady. It's similar to a store requesting a donation or a round up to the next $1 but these people don't ask, they just do it and they don't call it a donation they call it a fee. They want you and me to believe that they have 2 fees when using a debit card. The rounded up "fee" and then the $3.50 bank atm fee. The atm fee is legit but the rounded up fee is BS. Also people have experienced total deletion of all there rewards and points with zero warning. I personally will no longer be going back. There is other places I can go. It's not just about the money it's the principle of the matter.

Great. If you're new and wondering how you pick up an online order you walk in, go to the tablet, select existing customer pickup, enter your info, and then you sit in the waiting room until they call your name. Very professional and smooth experience. Disposables are overpriced but it's worth it occasionally for the novelty. Prices have been dropping slowly though it seems.

I visit this place once a month to get my M.M. and CBD products. The only complaint is that there's no drive through as I am paraplegic, but it is wheelchair accessible. So my wife comes with me every time to pickup my order. BUT, their moving location down the road very soon to a new and improved location, AND with a drive through. The pharmacist there are very knowledgeable about their products. There's a good selection of topicals, flower, carts, edibles, etc. The staff is always very friendly and patient to listen to any issues you may have, or questions about their products. I am a loyal customer there. If they don't have what your looking for, there's other locations. One in New Iberia and one that just opened in Opelousas. My only other complaint is that they could work on their web sites to be more efficient to order and pay for your order.

It was way to busy and crowded. They need a bigger place and need more workers. I was there for over 30 mins and ended up just leaving for 3 reasons 1. They were to crowded in a small small room. 2. They took way to long to be called to do anything. And 3. It was way to crowded. So I didnt get the chance to get anything from there like I needed or wanted to because it was taking to long. They need to be better organized and they definitely need way more people for staff to work to make it go alot faster. Hell I think they need to have a drive thru also. And what I noticed is that they have you names listed on a bulletin board with the price of what you are getting and I have to say the prices I seen were really high and put rages. I mean for the prices they are asking for the stuff I can get 5 times that amount for that much money on the streets so the chances of me going back to the dispensary is really slim to none because I could get way more for way less on the streets so id be stupid to spend all that m9ney on what they are asking for it.
