The North Dallas location is beautiful and stocked with Grade A product. I was greeted and guided by Sophie and she was very patient, informative and friendly. If you are a connoisseur like myself then get to your nearest shop and experience the same vibe as me! (another win for the brand)

I’ve visited this shop multiple times while traveling for work, and it genuinely pains me to leave a 1-star review, because SOPHIE deserves every bit of 5 stars—and then some. Sophie is the reason I kept coming back. She is warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in the customer experience. She makes you feel seen, heard, and respected the moment you walk in. Her knowledge, demeanor, and energy represent exactly what this industry should be about. If customer service had a blueprint, Sophie would be the standard. Unfortunately, the experience with the other employee completely overshadowed that excellence. I have never felt so disregarded in a business setting. His attention was focused on his computer rather than the customer standing in front of him. No engagement, no acknowledgment, and no effort to make the experience welcoming. In an industry built on trust, comfort, and guidance, that lack of presence matters—and it shows. A business can have great products and a great atmosphere, but without consistent customer service from the entire team, none of that matters. In fact, I chose to shop at another dispensary with lower-quality products simply because every single staff member there made customers feel welcome. That speaks volumes. I’m leaving this review at 1 star intentionally, not out of spite, but because with so many 5-star reviews, a low rating is sometimes the only way to get attention where it’s needed. This is not a reflection of Sophie—she is outstanding—but rather a call for accountability and consistency across the staff. I am absolutely open to updating this review to a higher rating in the future. But great customer service cannot rely on one exceptional employee to carry the entire experience. Give Sophie the recognition she deserves—and make sure the rest of the team rises to meet her level. She’s already doing her part. Sophie, Do NOT accept complacency from your subpar co-workers when you are the star here! All of the reviews mention Sophie and Sophie should be insanely proud because in retail, this is not an easy feat! Keep on keeping on Sophie! YOU deserve 100 stars!

Brian gave me top-tier customer service super professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on different products, explaining how each one works and what would be best for my needs. I never felt rushed he was patient, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I also left a Google review and was gifted a free roll, which was a nice surprise! Plus, Brian even gave me a free lighter super thoughtful and appreciated. The location is clean and well-organized, with great variety and selection. I was impressed that the prices are just as reasonable as Florida, which made it even better. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Brian if you want service that goes above and beyond!

This place is legit and greatest in Dallas. They have the he brands like cookies and stizzy you wouldn’t see in any other cannabis or cbd store. Services are great and it’s very clean inside! It’s LIT

Sierra was so welcoming and friendly when we came into the shop! She gave us a great rundown of all the products in the shop but also gave us the freedom to browse to have the best experience. Super excited to try this flower and the edible selection was strong! Come check it out!
