I am so grateful for all of the knowledge and patience that was shared with me by Azzy while I was shopping. I didn’t feel rushed or judged - my questions were met with kind regard and candid suggestions. Thanks for being a good human - we need more of them! As for the dispensary itself - I think they have a great variety, good sales and prices. Most of all, I just really love the atmosphere and efforts to educate their customers during the interaction; that has been apparent to me from each employee I’ve interacted with. I’ll be back!

Amazing dispensary, Gabby is so amazing and helpful the entire staff is so knowledgeable. I do think in inclement weather such as right now they should be able to leave early. I live 2.5 miles from the store in old brooklyn and it just took me over 45 minutes to get home. I think employee safety absolutely is a priority please consider closing in weather like this

Normally, I don’t write reviews. Been coming to this place for quite some time now. I’m a Canadian resident but live part-time in Cleveland and have an Ontario drivers license. It’s always been accepted as it’s government ID. The girl I encounter today had black hair and quite an attitude. Asked me if I had a passport instead of my government ID drivers license. Unsure who carries passports around with them since they’re so expensive and a risk to lose. She denied me access and had quite the condescending attitude as we left. After saying we’ll find somewhere else to go. Will not be shopping here again. I recommend that when you hire your staff, you encourage them to treat everybody the same. If I was allowed to enter more than four times to this establishment with my ID that I have then there should be no issue at all. This seems like a girl that just had a power trip. Avoid the attitude and find a friend friendly place.

10/10! I left with an outstanding first impression on my first time in today. My cashier was extremely friendly! The product was excellent, too! Highly recommend.
