I went back in May I think it was and tried buy a cbd cartridge. When I got to my car, I realized it was mostly empty but they had already closed so I went back the next day. When I went back to show what I had the next day, there was a different younger girl at the stand so i proceeded to tell what happened. She then accused me of not buying that cartridge there and that i was lying. The previous employee did not record the right product to my luck even though it was on video and unfortunately the one who I needed to talk to was not there that day. Instead, I had security called on me and was escorted out like I was a criminal. I eventually had everything figured out and apologized for the mix up from their OTHER south Jordan mall location-based as I was not getting anywhere with this west valley mall younger brunette female/they/them employee. Because of this embarrassment and trauma they caused me, I will no longer support this location or utah products and stores.

Good products, ive been going here for a while now and the employees were always nice and informative. But when i went there recently the lady didnt wanna help me and was very passive aggressive. she was just on her phone not looking at me. Besides that its a good place

I love the products I bought from here. I have tried multiple THC & CBD products form this company and they are truly rich in THC. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable on all the products. Their CBD line has been amazing for my Inflammation that is related to my medical diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and arthritis. Their THC rich products have helped me tremendously with my anxiety and overall well being. I have my doctor prescribed Utah medical card so I am not new to the cannabis world. My favorite two products Barely Legal CBD carry’s is “Bite Me” gummy’s and “Trojan” gummy‘s.

The plug is an awesome place and their growth is amazing. And then there’s Big Buddha, He is the perfect person to Be the face for the plug. The plug just got my business and they should have yours too for an awesome alternative in managing any pain, anxiety or anything else that ails you, this is an optional Way to handle pain

Knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Bright, clean, open and my favorite products are the Kava Shots/Drinks and the only legal pre-rolls in Utah, I also appreciate 21 yrs or older

place is nice, staff friendly. but one of the guys was going on and on about how the ripski carts and so potent and amazing, even has me smell it. but they're not, they do absolutely NOTHING at all. I'm so disappointed that I spent $40 on nothing

Overall I have a great experience every time I visit, the employees are very quick to greet you and offer help, and assist with any questions you have. The store is laid out pretty well and clear, and they have a big selection of cool products, including glassware, psychedelic products, and more. But I'd definitely remind everyone who shops there (or anywhere that sells things of these nature) to do their own research about the products you're buying. In general, I wish for everyone who shops there to have as good of an experience as I have had.

Came here today and got a gummy/chocolate box of Max the box says it contains 6 packs of the gummy’s witch it does every other time I both them they were there but today when I get home and go to open them, there’s only two out of the six when I go back to the store and ask them if there’s anything they can do about it they tell me since I left the store, there’s nothing they can do. I’m just upset since I’ve been coming to the store for a while now and never had any problems with the items. I was just surprised they don’t check them before selling them and got upset since I spent 70$ In total and didn’t even get the full item.

Friendly staff, misleading or misunderstood order. I had asked for 2 specific brands and one of theirs, they gave me theirs and I didnt notice until after checking out. However, edibles ended up being very good.

Went to buy some glass for a gift and the lady that helped me was amazing and we had great conversations but I went home and noticed it was chipped and not usable. Went back to see if I could get it replaced and was told I couldn’t even tho I bought it like that. They had explained it was their policy which I understand but this messes up honest customers experiences. I has spent $165 on that glass and had to buy another glass and was given 15% off but it only covered taxes. There employees was great but company policy is not right, will not be going back
