My 1st time visit was simple and great. My 2nd visit really threw me off. Dani helped me for my FTP purchase and she was amazing. The product lineup that they have are good brands but I came across a really dumb bud tender on my last visit and I got scammed. My Budtender was a short Latina chick who was high out of her mind and clearly didn't pay attention to me when I wanted a Botanical Turn Pod instead sold me a LIVE resin pod. I asked and made it specific that I wanted a Botanical Turn pod not a LIVE Resin pod. Simply repeated saying I want "blue dream" but instead sells me a blue dream live resin. When I went inside to swap it she had the nerve to tell me "we can't do swaps"....... On top of that the pods that were sold to me are fake. They aren't from the same batch for sure because the mouth pieces are different from each other. I compared all 3 pods and noticed the LIVE resin pod doesn't even have a strain name on there when Turn products label everything on the pod. The type of mouthpiece it was wasn't the original. Great store and product variety but it's sad that you don't know what's fake until it's opened

Great spot in Los Feliz. Everyone’s super nice, the staff is always helpful and the bud is always great. They also have great movies on the projector screen every time you walk in. 6/5 stars.
