Purchased many items from this store Yesterday was the first time I've ever had an issue. Got home and realized the pipe was cracked, brought it back the next day and the only question they had was which would you like to switch with or would you like a refund. Perfect transaction I even left with alittle better pipe then I originally purchased. Will remain a customer with the Fallston store those guys are great and always very friendly Thanks

Went there the first time in awhile the other day. This place is under new owner ship and she was in store, glad I got to meet Mrs Jessica, she was really nice... she is trying to get things back in order and up to date. Check them out you won't be disappointed! If there's something you want to see or something you feel needs to be addressed she will follow up personally.
