The manager is crooked 2 faced person. When it was time for the monthly drawing, she did not pick she went through them and hand picked the winner. All they care about is the money. The Valyran 3 vape has a problem with atomizer and they don't tell customers cz they want the sale. The owners are just as bad. Freedom of speech guys....

I’ve been loyal to The Vape Zone for years now. Love the staff! They know when I call, they know what I like, even when I say “Surprise me!” I’m not disappointed. Professional, polite, courteous, easy going, not enough words to describe. Owner is super awesome! Love his story and business model. Rewards program is the best! Juice is better in my opinion than any other in town, I’ve gotten all my mods here and equipment as they are high quality! Thank you guys for being so awesome.

I got helped by Zaine. He was great and guided me through the whole process. I had a very specific request for e-liquid but wasn't really able to articulate it and yet he helped make exactly what I was looking for and even wrote down what it was so I can order it again next time. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I feel like they try to get me out the door so fast, multiple times I've gone in and asked for something and walked out with the wrong item. Most recently I asked for a salt nic juice. I did not get that and now my coil is burnt way faster than usual. I want to be able to trust the person selling to me.
