I just came from the shopping at the vault and finally found a Disposable pen that is good for me with a super smooth pull. The customer service was on 1000 %, the store clerks Camilla, Dustin and Melanie helped me sort through all different brands to find the right brand. I will 100% be back.

Excellent place to get all your vaping needs !! Been coming in here for my juice and coils for a few years now , and they have always been more than friendly. I could write a book on how great each person is too , but I will save you the extra time. If you vape , and you want to work with friendly folks , you come here , plain and simple

Second time visiting this location and I was greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome in. The manager Melonie was super helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help me find the best e juice and easy to use rolling papers. The store was clean organized and customer friendly.

I've been coming to the Vault since the OG Lazy Dayz location on J Clyde and the staff at all the various locations has continued to be stellar, including this one. Melanie is an incredible employee, kind, discerning, and understanding. She always recognizes me and engages positively. She was extraordinarily helpful for my SO trying to find some edible treats as well as smoke as she moved into the area fresh. Love this place, love the varieties of goods.

I usually come here once in a while but they always remember me and very friendly and informative, was helped by Travis today and helped me sign up for their rewards, greatly appreciate him and the others at this store for taking their time with each person and always helpful.
