Sadly won’t be coming here anymore. The rude “manager lady” denied my Amazon price match. I’ve been going there for years and never had issues with the other people. The lady needs a mental check up and be fired from here. She yelled at me too saying “ I’m the manager and I know what I’m saying and you are wrong and the previous employees were wrong in giving you discounts.” She just caused vitamin shoppers thousands of dollars I used to spend through years. Please fire this lady. As a reference I was there Monday evening at 8:30 November 8th, 2021 Amazon it is!

The assistant manager, Adrianna, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in blind not knowing anything and she expertly advised me through all of my purchases. Don’t know what I would’ve done without her!

If I were you, DO NOT shop at this store. There is a store manager by the name of Amanda who has no managerial expertise and is very unprofessional. I came in to get a refund, mind yo I'd spoken to one of the other managers and he told me to come by today. HE WAS ACTUALLY WILLING TO HELP ME! So when I was there the manager who I'd spoken to was there but told me the top manager, Amanda replied to him by text that she was not refunding any money. When it clearly says on the back of the receipt that they would. Regardless of the item being opened or not. So I asked AMANDA what was the reason she wouldn't refund the money and she clearly didn't have an answer. Just said " I tell you what I'm going to do, no refund and you can call corporate to resolve the issue". I followed the instructions on the bottle and the ones given to me by the store clerk who helped me 2 days ago when I purchased the bottle. So today I was asked to leave the store, which I did but without a reason. Just for asking why I wasn't getting a refund, which brings me to a manager without any communication skills. All I got out of this was a NO TRESPASS NOTICE by county police. Great job THE VITAMIN SHOPPE!!! Never again will I shop there and will definitely pass the word for everyone I know that go there to do the same.

This store is a good one to visit. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The store always has the stuff I want and good deals every once in a while!

My husband went in this store today and got the best service by a young lady named Adrianna she was awesome..... Everyone ask for her when you go in this store.....
