yaaaa I would say go elsewhere to buy your weed, especially disposable pens. This is my third time getting a busted Raw Garden pen...the quality is bad & quite frankly the prices could be better. It's also impossible to ever get a hold of someone in the store when I call. There is only ever one person working when I go in, when I call or the three numbers they have listed online don't work lol. The bud tenders don’t seem informed enough about weed to ask in depth questions. I’ve tried asking before & was given the same basic answers you’d hear anywhere else…There are way better dispensaries in the city. Save your time & money please. I believe if people are spending money no matter how much or how little a proper experience should be given or at least have information on what is on the floor being sold to consumers, what is what and so on. I asked questions about the nun flower and the "bud-tentder" told me if i wanted to know to look it up on my phone because they werent told anything. I regret not saying anything in the moment but i decided at the time it be best to just send an email sharing this experience. I have not opened any of the products if possible I'd like to get my money back and go elsewhere . Also noticed there are 2 sales tax. I have sent an email with more details to the contact us emails posted on site but even that is not accurate .

Highly recommend! They have it all: OZ specials, edibles, drank and vapes! Pull up the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is never an issue.pieces and nice every price range.Staff is always on point big shout out. Coo lil shop!

I got a great experience in-store and also afterwords with products. Iva (i hope im spelling correctly her name) was super nice and helpful during my two visits, she recommended great products and took the time to understand what I was looking for :)

I’m a regular customer who spends a lot of money here and buy the same product regularly, so I know exactly what to expect. Today I received a bad batch of flower that smelled and felt very wrong, not even close to what I usually get. I went back within less than an hour, and the same employee refused to replace it, claiming it’s “illegal by law” to take flower returns. That is misleading. Under California cannabis regulations, dispensaries may not resell returned cannabis, but they ARE allowed to exchange or replace defective products. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a discount (after I already paid $80) basically asking me to spend more to fix their mistake. No accountability, no customer care. Very disappointing.
