Horrible experience yesterday thanks to the guy who I got stuck with. I usually place an order for pickup but figured I’d walk in since I didn’t have enough time earlier. When it was my turn, this guy who I hadn’t seen before was immediately annoyed I didn’t know right away what I wanted. Every time I’ve asked for suggestions, the team is always nice and honest. This guy was obviously annoyed that I was even at his register, and disregarded any questions I asked. Don’t know his name but he has dark hair/dark facial hair, and black glasses with some logo on the lens. I’ve never had such bad service at this location. Don’t like people? Don’t work in customer service.

Dumbest customer policies in Fort Lauderdale Gels are consistently less than the 10 you pay for. What better way than to enhance profits than short deliver the customer. Customer pays for 10 receices 8 what a scam, empty packs in containers But they won't allow you to check containers whilst in the store. Terrible customer service the lady at the front used profanity towards me called me out my name I had to walk out and go somewhere else definitely needs to get fired. Also the lady that called me out my named and used profanity towards me came inside the store after I walked in and I didn’t see anyone to help me in the front when I first walked in and she tried to see someone that came inside after me I don’t know if she was late or just hanging outside not doing her job but completely unprofessional terrible experience. She had glasses and she was heavy built.

Great place ! The only issue with trulieve is i mostly buy their Trupods which are exclusive to them yet the selections are limited and bland! Im sure im not the only one tired of seeing the same old selections rotating. Please sell your product with a little more enthusiasm and excitement like you do with the flower and other vapes.

When I signed up I was given 3 discounts to use at any time. I used the first discount of 60% . Then I tried to use the second discount and I was told it was not available. Several people had told me previously that I could use the discount at any time. I don't understand how they could just take the outstanding discounts away without any warning. Usually The people here are super professional and friendly. Except for this issue!!!

This location has great service and the friendliest employees. All are exceptionally helpful, but two people outshine others. One person is Jeffrey Raikes. He's one of the "originals". I've been going to this location for over 5 years, and his personality has been the same. Always smiling, always eager to please. When I go there, I always wish that he serves me. If you are ever able to be in his presence, you'll know why. Thanks for your service Jeffrey.

Great experience! Just got my card and the crew at this location was very helpful. Was greeted right away and notified about how the process works. For my first order, Jason was awesome, let me know how the discounts work, difference in strains available, curated my order to exactly what I was looking for and let me know some tips for future orders. Recently I got Chad and he was smooth, went through my items and let me know of some new products available.
