I tried canceling an order online because their phone doesn't work! The rep told me that my order was already canceled so I went on my merry way. Today (A day late technically) arrived one of the nicest delivery drivers I've ever had. Apparently trulieve's website doesn't actually cancel orders! (Maybe it's actually a bot or something idk) It's horrible how trulieve would send their poor workers out a few miles when they could of just canceled my order like the main website said? Now I don't think this is the stores issue (Except for the phone being offline / incorrect) and the East location hasn't done me wrong yet. I hope they all have an easy holiday season and that corporate treats them with the care and support they need.
