Like the product but definitely not this location. Smells, dirty restrooms and super slow service.
Apparently, my review didn't hit the issues so here ya go:
Have your manager talk personal hygiene with your employees. The smell of body odor and just plain dirty are overpowering.
Have a regular schedule to clean your bathrooms and check regularly. Piss all over the entire room is disgusting.
When I came in 4 people ahead of me and took almost half an hour to get my pick up order. When I left over a dozen folks waiting. Not acceptable.
And the response below was just to make you think they care. Plenty of other dispensary, avoid this one.

Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their suggestions were spot on and I'm very thankful and I have found a new place to go to and don't have to look anyplace else highly recommended

I love this place but I can not open the flower containers with my arthritis and I don’t have severe in my hand so I can imagine how other people are trying to open these plastic containers. You guys really should think about packaging for people with stronger disabilities and. And more joint arthritis .
It shouldn’t take me over two hours to open a flower container with no help you guys really need to think about packaging my hands just can’t do it. Thank you for listening.

Very disappointed with how Express pickup is being dealt with currently. Checked in 5 minutes before I arrived, was the only one in the express pickup line. When I arrived there were four other individuals that all went in with walk-ins one of which came in after me. All we're called back before I was. Why advertise an express option if it makes no difference?
The other trulieve locations that have a drive-thru make sense for Express pickup but this location does not and should do better to serve those customers.
