Generally decent product & good prices but the tenders seem to intentionally neglect informing you of your cash-back on debit card purchases, which leaves your money open for them to take and pocket if you leave too soon or they neglect to inform you. This has happened on at least 7 different occasions with numerous tenders at this store. Incredibly suspicious and immoral company practices.

Carlo is friendly, knowledgeable and gregarious. I've been coming here since it was the Southwest Patient's Collective and I have never had any problems or complaints. Lately they haven't had any RSO/FECO oils, but they still have a good collection of medicinal products, plus bomb flower. Really all of the staff are great people who love what they do. Big shout out to Marianna V for making extra effort and checking the back for me. She's outgoing and knowledgeable. I don't even bother with other dispensaries. High-ly recommended if you are in south SD county.

I stopped by for the first time and from the moment I approached the entrance, from the guard to every staff member, I was kindly greeted. This place is uber clean, neat, and you are treated like family. Staff was very friendly, spoke so only the customer could hear so privacy is valued, HUGE BONUS, as I value my privacy. There was no loud, crazy, headache inducing music so it was easy to hear staff speak with me. One thing in particular I noticed about Urbn Leaf that differs from a few other dispensaries was that upon entry, each customer waits in line to be called to the counter. I thought it was odd but it's actually genuis; I realized that although it took a bit longer than other dispensaries, once you reach the counter, you have the Urbn Leaf Ambassador's 100% attention and that made me feel very respected. I was assisted by Michelle and she was absolutely awesome! Sweet, quirky, super down and knowledgeable! I'm a year new to the euphoric healing plant, as I call it, and Michelle went above and beyond so much so, she had to saved by the manager so she could clock out because she had worked from 6 that morning til eve; And not one complaint, sign of exhaustion, impatience, or most importantly, feeling rushed or as if I was just a number to them. Just a smile the entire time. I can't speak for the cost much as it was my first visit and I purchased different brands so I can't say whether or not the product was overpriced or not because I spent quite a bit, however, I did leave with a bagful of products. Bottom line, I will be returning whenever I am in country. Near freeway, clean, not sketchy, staff is respectful, helpful, friendly. I get a bag of goodies and staff makes a buck - it's a win win situation! 🤗
