I visited the Vape City store in Katy Mills. Had a horrible experience!👎
I know this is store already because I went to another location in Katy. I had a really good experience there at that store, and the prices are also great. I even actually made a note to myself to remember this store. I sent a friend. ETC!
I went to Katy Mills to buy something else, but I saw you guys had a new location there. I was very excited to see that and I I rushed into the store.
I was trying to explain to the lady what I was looking for, while she kept yelling from far away what? What? What?
I was trying again to tell her what I wanted to buy when two guys came into the store, after me.
I understand she was more interested in helping them. 😂 I wasn’t even done talking when she walk to them and help them!

Love the products but sad to say this location has terrible service I was told I couldn’t redeem my points towards my service only to have my point redeemed and charged full price!

Terrible customer service, they always steal my points from every purchase, they say they can't put them into the system, it's disappointing to buy here
