Came here the other night and talked to the night manager, real knowledgable of vapes, and flavors, very friendly too. Came back today because my Geek Vape heavy duty vape finally broke, so I needed a replacement. Edwin helped me out and was a great help as well! Not pushy at all, and let me take my time finding the one I liked. Got a newer Smok model and once again this shop comes through with their knowledge and customer service! Thanks Edwin! 🤙

DO NOT BUY THE CAPS PREROLLS!!! All are labeled as 1g each with two in the package. The strain I bought today had two prerolls that were 0.5g each, they were clearly damaged and not all the rolling paper was used. Returned immediately and was told by the cashier that we had to come back later in the day to speak to the manager about the 24 hour exchange policy since he said specifically the Caps prerolls were exempt. Says nothing about exclusions of certain products to be eligible for an exchange on the receipt, so I guess the 24 hour policy is up to whoever’s discretion. Came back later in the day, spoke to the assistant manager who was very kind in breaking the news that the manager (who was not in store and had to be called) refused an exchange. He cited that the product was not genuine Caps, looked like it had been smoked/opened (it clearly had not), and gently accused us of replacing the product. Haven’t had this problem before now, the prerolls we’ve bought before look true to size with what’s pictured on the bag, and I was incredibly disappointed to open it up and see such depressing chode joints. I’ve been a customer here for a year and spent hundreds of dollars here, and I’m truly upset that they couldn’t just take a $10 loss and give me the exchange. I would like if someone reached out to make this right but I seriously doubt it will happen, so in the meantime I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better.
