Love the prices and service but unfortunately I will have to stop using Flawless Vape due to the "Adult signature" requirement. I cannot always be home waiting for my package to arrive and this last shipment I had to go pick up at the post office myself, very inconvenient.

package NEVER arrived and was sent back to the flawless vape and smoke shop. was not able to get a refund from the shop and had to open a case with my bank to get my money back. when communicating with this scamming business, they claimed they couldn't send a refund until they had received the package. i was so annoyed because tracking number showed package was ready for pick up for like 3 days at one of the many huntington beach post offices. i had to to call the local post office in their area and basically do their job for them and tell them the information the post office employee told me. that they had to go and pick up the package and sign for it. and they were so baffled that they had to go get a package. it was a headache and they are not a good company to do business with!!!!!!!!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I placed an order online and was provided tracking info with an expected delivery date. I was home during the entire delivery window but received a “missed delivery attempt” notice in my mail box. I scheduled a re-delivery for the next day which never happened. The “product” got sent back (if it was ever sent out in the first place) and only 50% of my money was refunded. I reached out several times regarding the remaining 50% and was completely ignored. There isn’t a single policy listed in their terms and conditions that they have the right to keep whatever portion of my money they feel like, nor is there a policy about carrier issues. This is a common scam practice where purchases are made, nothing is shipped, and only partial refund is returned to placate the consumer while the faux business makes a profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING OR ANY HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I only use their website because I live over 40 miles away from the nearest store but their prices are better than ANYONE else and their shipping doesn't take very long at all. I've literally never had an issue with them and they have an awesome loyalty program too! I no longer go to the shops. I just have it delivered right to my door! Their variety is also incredibly huge! I'm a forever customer!
