I’m not sure what I expected.* My girlfriend just returned home upset and creeped out after going to this place because the clerk wanted her to be his ‘good friend.’ He told her she took his breath away and that she looked like his ex and made her wait after she already checked out to scroll through his phone to find a picture of her. He held her things that she purchased behind the counter while he looked through his phone and talked to her more. He followed her to the door as she was leaving still trying to talk to her, still trying to be ‘good friends.’ She was worried he might take note of her car or license plate, so she left as quickly as she could. Women are not required or obligated to have a conversation with anyone they don’t want to. It’s okay if someone is not interested in you, move on. It’s not a power move, it’s not a strategy, it’s not playing hard to get. She no longer feels safe in your store, she will be going somewhere else from now on. This was at about 6pm on Sunday, so whomever the clerk is at that time, needs to read his audience better. Stop being a creep.

Loyal customer to Vape Star Dublin since I moved here 6 months ago. I purchased an Orion Disposable Vape 2 days before writing this review. Clerk did not offer a receipt. The vape began autofire last night, and the coil was burnt out after only 1 day of use. Tried to give a call to the store, but went to voicemail after only 2 rings. Drove to the store to ask for a replacement vape. Clerk asked if I had a receipt that he didn't offer me. Then he told me "there wasn't much he could do" amd proceded to give no alternatives. Most other vape shops offer replacements for manufacturing issues, but here, I guess there are no refunds or replacements period. I would have thought the Clerk would have remembered me since I was just there 2 days earlier and there doesn't seem to be much business there. Wasted the gas and wasted 40 minutes round trip because the Clerk hangs up incoming calls, to get no refund for a faulty product. Exceptionally bad business if you ask me. No other issues in the 6 months I've been shopping exclusively here, but today was bad enough for me to find other places to shop.
