I have been a patron of this location for about 2 years and have always received excellent service. Care has always been taken with my orders. It was recently announced that this location will be closing. Today even though the location is closing the service i received was outstanding. I purchased a new device and its operation was fully explained. Not the service i would normally expect from a buisness about to close.

Best vape shops in El Paso. I am sad that the Zaragoza store will be closing at the end of the month. INCREDIBLE SELECTION OF JUICE! David is always friendly and helpful. I LOVE ALL THE CRYSTALS. Thanks for giving great service over the years.

This is by far my favorite vape shop! The old man there is awesome! He always has the best customer service and knows the materials. At this point he knows my juice order right as I walk in. Hands down best vape shop. Go see the old man he will get you right!

Super sad this location is going away. All staff and store locations have been great to me over the last decade. Shoutout to David at the Zaragoza store. He knows his business and is always great to have conversation with.

I wish they would have closed this store instead of George Dieter location. These people are always late. Maybe considering looking into other vape shops because this store doesn't care about their customers time. Customer service I don't think they know what that is or being courteous. Who owns this this place because it depicts thier leadership.
