Vertical really has turned it around since first coming to St Joseph. First off let me appreciate the fact they aren’t corporate sell outs to GDF bullcrap! Their grow facility has done a 180. Their employees are on it. They got some new processes and a new head grower in. Things have been AMAZING since. We grow our bud so we don’t buy any. But we do enjoy concentrate from time to time when we don’t want to press. Vertical has the best in town by far. You cannot beat their pricing to value ratio! Their rewards are great and rarely do I venture in somewhere where I actually like all the budtenders LOL. Blonde guy is my favorite because he reminds me of a character from always sunny in Philadelphia (in the best ways) so he makes me smile the minute I walk in. This holiday. My missus bought me a vertical shirt in the wrong size. They told her keep it and gave me one in my size so we match! Great people!

What a great experience had. Jeremy was phenomenal and knew exactly what would meet my needs. Now if only more men could do that. Job well done. Definitely worth the visit. Friendly. 10s across the board!

Liam was very helpful and very respectful. He has a kind personality. The selections are pretty great. I got a Very welcoming feeling in this establishment, and some amazing goodies to take home!

Gavin is always so friendly and helpful! I usually try to wait for his line to have an opening for my pick up online order, especially if I have questions. He never makes me feel rushed or pushes product and always has helpful information. Thanks Gavin

Went by there early on the 25th, I was in town due to my dad having heart surgery, and the guys in there were so nice... One specific guy , looked younger, long blonde hair, who was extremely kind, he asked me how my day was going and I told him why I was in town, and he instantly Justt knew how I was feeling because he said hes also very close to his dad. Anyway, he discounted my pre-roll for me and money's been tough lately too so it made me very emotional, and occurred to me there's definitely still kind people out there with a heart.. 🫶 Thank you sir!!
