This was my first recertification and I had just as good of an experience this year as I had when I came through for the very first time. The Dr was different but was very friendly and professional. It felt just like any other telemed appointment. He seemed like he genuinely cared about my circumstances and wanted to make sure that cannabis was useful for my condition. The state registry changed the way it operates so he made sure to walk me through the process of signing up and gaining access to my card since it is different than it was last year. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting to get their cannabis card. I know I will continue to go through them every year when I need to get recertification.

Renewing my certification was super easy. I made a same day appointment. Had some difficulties at appointment time due to my phone blocking the call as spam. Called back the rejected number and someone quickly answered, issue resolved in less than 1 minute. Talked to the practitioner who asked what my ailments were and how/if medical cannabis has help since we last met. She also asked of there were any negative effects from my usage. Practitioner also explained there's a new CCA portal and to look out for an email with instructions to create an online account. Entire process was quick and easy.

The Doctor was great. Asked all the proper questions, reviewed my medical history and I was on my way. Great experience.
