Smoke shop with great customer service in Florida is so unheard of, but from the moment you walk in, it’s very welcoming! At first I met Andy, their old cashier who was super kind with me and offered me some free promo/sample which he honestly stated his boss had approved. Roll out the red carpet, After coming back, I met the lovely owner Michelle! Super warm and funny, she and I chit chatted for some time. I realized I had forgotten to purchase a bowl and of course I quickly look over to those novelty hand made pieces- wouldn’t you know one was actually very affordable! He’s beautiful, Michelle and I named him Hank and we love him. 😂
I’ve lived in the area of Surfside for 10 years now and this is definitely what was missing (and the dominos placed next door 😂) this sweet single mom is running this shop SHE IS NOT PART OF A CHAIN so if you want to support a local business this is the place to go! Great prices and great vibes!

This place is simply the best! I practically go there everyday! To the excellent customer service i get from Evan who always has something new to recomend! And hes ontop of the rewards points system! And what about Alexandra who with her charm and spunkiness convinces me all the time to get exaclty whats good! Maria and Melissa are also sweethearts! When you want to try something awesome! Come to this place! They are 100% keepers not to mention the Prices!! Very affordable!💖

I recently visited this smoke shop and had an excellent experience. The store has a wide array of options, catering to every need. What stood out was the pristine cleanliness of the establishment, which made browsing a pleasure. Maria provided exceptional assistance; her expertise guided me through purchasing a vape and gummy mushrooms, both of which were of top-notch quality. I highly recommend this smoke shop for their excellent selection and knowledgeable staff.

I guess the other one star review had the same lady behind counter. Have no issues with your shop, I come in every few weeks to buy bulk. I came in to buy and mentioned that a few that I purchased were not working from the last time, I was not asking for any refund, simply just stated they did not work. For some reason that really offended the lady behind the counter.
I hope the store has cameras with audio to hear how rude this woman was. You’ll find that your employee really doesn’t care about your business.
This is a smoke shop, no reason why there should be any one star reviews.
I’ll finish up with her quote “boohoo I could care less about your $100 purchase”

After eating at flaningans (also delightful) i crossed the street to retrieve my bike and noticed this smoke shop for the first time. I went in to check on their pre-rolled selection, with a small chance of treating myself to anything, just to browse...The vibe was so positive though, thanks to the genuine fun, enthusiastic exchange between the beautiful lady from the shop and a client... awkwardly i intervened to ask what was it they were talking about. I was relieved with just how friendly and kind they were to me and my intrusiveness... i knew i was at the right place when my turn came up boy she knew what she was talking about. Never have i ever gotten a sativa thc prerolled or anything for that matter really, as ideal and perfect as what she had me get. Hope im in the area more often and Thanks again charismatic lady :)
