Upon stepping into the store, the compact size is evident, but it's impressively organized to maximize the available space. While browsing, I was disappointed to find that they didn't carry the specific vape brands I usually use, such as Delta Extrax or Exodus, which are popular choices for disposable vapes. However, Brooklyn, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and informative. She went out of her way to assist me and even mentioned their larger location that might better suit my needs. Her welcoming demeanor and dedication to customer service left a positive impression. Although they may not have had everything I was looking for, the outstanding service and willingness to accommodate make 101 Vape and Smoke a standout destination for vaping supplies.
