Have bought many products in the past from this shop without issue. Staff is great and the products are great. Bought 2 disposable Modus vapes 3 days ago. 1 of them I opened today and it is defective, the battery has a full charge but it does not work. I took it back to the shop figuring it would be an easy exchange. I was told the best they could do was 50% off of a new one. Doesn't feel right that the customer should have to pay for a manufacturing defect. I won't be going back. Edit: Thank you but there will not be a next time. I never knew that I needed to try every product the day I purchased it, I buy several devices at a time and I don't intend on using them all the same day. If that is your policy it really should be communicated with the customer. I really have never heard of a business refusing to replace a item that never worked, so basically I just donated $30 to your shop...nice business model.

Chris and Billy are awesome! We won't go anywhere else to get our vapes, gummies, and kratom drinks. We are regulars, so it is nice when they recognize us and give us their honest opinion on the various new flavors.
